The role our diets play in disease is, sadly, drastically downplayed. You will never go wrong by trying to support your body with good nutrition. God knew what He was doing when He created the things we eat. He gave each fruit, vegetable, herb and plant its own unique nutritional and healing properties. Nature is where prescriptions got their start - though many in the conventional medical field are often loathe to admit it. 


Each Pdf below was lovingly and painstakingly put together. You may see this list growing as I am finding time to research more and more. These Pdf's are free to you to download, keep and use. I hope you find them helpful.

There are general rules that are true accross the spectrum with regards to the foods we eat | the more processed, the higher in sugar and salt and the more additives and dyes - the more poisonous it is for our bodies. Try to move closer to eating foods that only either came from the ground or had a mother.

As always - do your own research and bear in mind that everyone's body is completely different in what it needs/doesn't need, wants/doesn't want and likes/doesn't like. What works for one, may not work for another. And remember to consider any health conditions, and any medications you are taking and potential interactions.
